Happy Weekend ladies! I finally got a new camera and you might have notice the quality difference between my old pictures and these new ones.

How have you been spending your last couple days of the holiday seasons? For the students out there: are you guys looking forward to school? I surely am not!

 Mostly these days I have been catching up on my favorite TV shows. Recently I have started watching a new reality TV show called Capture. It is quite similar to the plot of the Hunger Games where the players have to eliminate each other, BUT they do not get killed! Basically its a big game of tag!

Key to Success

Happy Friday everyone! Ahead of us is the weekend (thank goodness)! I hope you all have had a fabulous week and continue to have a great time!

Success. In life people work to succeed, in whatever they do they want to succeed. So what is the secret to success? In reality, there is no "secret." The only thing that will help you succeed, is if you go out there and work your butt off.

Even if it will take a long time and take a lot of effort (which it will) keep working at it! Everything you do to reach your goal, or be successful, is a step forward. 

So... Get out there and WORK! 

I hope this helped motivate some of you.  I know sometimes all we need is a little push!

Bobby Pinned

Recently, I have been really into the whole easy hairstyles look, and this bobby pin look is a piece of cake! I love how simply elegant you can look by just pulling your bangs back with a couple of colored (or not) bobby pins. I especially love the retro curls look that Emma Stone is sporting.  Another plus? You can wear it with your hair up just like the one on the top right! There are just so many options: hair up, down, wavy, straight, curly, short, long, it doesn't matter they all look good! 

Oh and it doesn't hurt that its a super easy hairstyle! It is a two step hairstyle. All you have to do part your hair and clip up the bangs!

Happy Saturday everyone! Today I went out with the family to go shopping, run some errands, and while out in the city we decided to go take a quick lunch break at an adorable little bakery! While I am shopping and running errands I like to wear shoes that are cute but also super comfy so I don't injure myself (I have had tons of injuries as it is, don't need another one).  I also am not one to carry a tote, instead I like one that I can swing over my shoulder and go.

A Summer Like No Other

As you can probably tell from the pictures it is officially SUMMER VACATION for me!!! To me, summer is the time of the year where I can do all those crazy things that were planned during the school year. All those crazy adventures can finally take place! My 9th grade year ended just Wednesday, and while I will miss school (weird, I know) I will definitely be enjoying my school free Summer!

Classic White Tee and Blue Jeans

Hi all! I hope you are all having a fantastic week so far! Today was my last full day of school! Summer is almost here, I can just feel the sun against my skin! 

For my outfit today I chose a simple, classic, never out of style outfit. It is one of those outfits that you can wear year after year because it is so simple but still chic.  Personally this outfit reminds me of the "All-American white t-shirt and blue jeans." Is it just me?! Anyways this outfit was my little "update" of the white tee and blue jeans. Instead of a plain white tee I chose a white t-shirt with a subtle pattern. I did pair it with a pair of blue jeans, and threw on a blue cardi. However, that wasn't enough "Nicole" for me so I added the belt and Sperrys to pull the whole outfit together.

Happy June everyone! I hope you are all having a fantastic day. Sorry about being a little MIA recently, I have been ridiculously overwhelmed by finals at school. 

On the bright side, in Washington the sun has finally decided to shine, and so I am doing a celebratory dance (in the last picture)! Hopefully the shinning June weather is here to stay!

Babydoll Blue

The weather has finally been warming up a bit, so I decided it would be the perfect day to wear a dress! Since Washington is a bit bipolar I'm crossing my fingers that the temperature will just keep on climbing up! 

However, school is just plunging down right now.  It is almost the end of the school year and I just can't wait to get out!! Unfortunately I have to survive finals and the EOC (End of Course Exam) before I am free of school.  I hope you are all having a great day!

Shop Till You DOT

The 3-day weekend is finally here!! I took my own advice and did some shopping therapy to get me through the rest of the chaotic school year! When I went shopping with my mom today, I found some great deals (which  I mentioned here) that really cut my expenses down. I recommend you take advantage of the sales now, so you do not have to spend as much compared to after the sales.
